Last month Special! Downtown Cozy Loft with City Views

This will be the last month that the space will be on Peerspace - pricing adjusted for the last month. Book now before the place will be off this platform forever. I've enjoyed working with all of my guest to date - so come see me and this space one last time! I like to think of it as industrial cozy because we have traditional loft features like exposed duct work and piping but I've added numerous cozy feels to the place. Perfect for a film or photo shoot. Many seating areas including bar stools, dining room table, two couches, and benches throughout. Very well maintained and in the center of Atlanta with nice views from the juliet balcony and 360 degree rooftop just 2 floors up. Large windows throughout the space and a large sliding glass doors allowing natural light to flow into the unit. My unit is close to 900 sq ft and very much an open loft feel. Very close to Centennial Olympic park, World of Coke, aquarium, CNN, Mercedes Benz stadium, and State Farm Arena so perfect if you have multiple locations to shoot. Your stay will include one designated parking space, and guest parking (subject to availability). Wine, liquor, and light refreshment provided upon request. *I have a hour and a half minimum, if you choose to book under that time and I accept your booking. Please note that if you are even a minute late to leaving you will be charged for the entire half hour. It is the guest's responsibility & duty to arrive early enough to navigate parking and unloading. You need to be packing up PRIOR to the end of your booking and out of the door by the end time of your booking*
