  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

The hosts were so responsive and helpful! They always responded within 5 minutes of my message and the space was unbelievable! I used it to do some remote work during the day and it was beautiful, so many cute personal touches that really made it feel homey while still being chic and professional. Definitely will be rebooking.

This space had everything I needed! I was let in on a timely manner and had more than enough time for the shoot. The space was very clean as well! Well book again very soon!

Alex and Daniel got back to me quickly and the space was exactly as advertised. I used the space for a photo shoot and will be booking in the future! Nice area with street parking available and the condo is beautiful, just like the pictures!
