Good for photo shoots, music videos, film shoots. The living room is JMZ train level, kitchen faces an area with lots of trees. There’s a spare bedroom for shoots that requiring a room with a bed .No rooftop. Lots of art, large record shelf, home recording studio . The sq ft listed is an approximate. Space occasionally slightly changes in arrangement but pretty much the same as pics . Living room light is north east facing and kitchen light is south west facing.

The host was very accommodating, and the space was lively and unique, and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for a music video shoot, the train itself is a character, but he ready for people to see what you're shooting.
