All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Farm Chef Kitchen with elite modern industrial appliances. Bacce ball, beach cruiser bikes, and bamboo covered yoga platform. Please bring your own alcohol or I can recommend wine tasting rooms, wineries, and bars with walking and biking distance. **Please note, this listing is for private events only. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Wonderful as always. This is our second time hosting an event at William's farm, and we cannot recommend enough! Attentive host, great communication, A+ property. We will be back!

Yes, I would book again.

Our team had an incredible time on Preston's farm. We held an offsite at his space, and upon arrival he had breakfast and tea waiting for us. He made fresh pizza for lunch, as well providing a cheese board and wine tasting in the afternoon. The farm itself was stunning with goats, chickens, and a beautiful bacce court. Preston was so thoughtful and considerate of the team, we would 100% book again for any future offsites. The team can't stop talking about how amazing the space was, and what an incredible host Preston was. Thank you for making this offsite so memorable for the team!!!
