There is absolutely no better location to run your meet-up, workshop, or class, in Santa Monica than our space. We have a spacious, beautiful room, tiered seating, large area for stage and a screen to display video (projector not included). The natural brick wall provides a beautiful aesthetic for any event. Proof of Insurance is required to rent our space. You can purchase $1M liability insurance at eventhelper.com very cost effective. Tip, if you run your groups events only on saturdays, you can get one policy that covers one or thirty saturdays for the same price. You may cancel any booking within 48 hours of our confirming the booking as long as its more than 7 days from the date of the event and you'll get a full refund. After that, Peerspace's cancellation terms apply. As per the Peerspace overtime policy, if you stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, we'll charge you time and a half. Note, if we have another booking right after yours, you'll have to vacate the premises at the scheduled time. That said, we're on the 3rd Street Promenade so you can easily invite people out for coffee or drinks to finish up conversations that run long.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
