All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This private Los Feliz loft style house (with stunning hillside views and sunsets) looks and feels like you're in the woods. Nestled in the tranquil Franklin Hills of Los Feliz, this hideaway (which occupies the top part of a two-story duplex house) is perfect for photo shoots, commercial shoots, etc. Inside and Outside - food and beverage is permitted as well as catering! The layout formation is quint yet roomy, elegant and open. Ideal for meetings, office space, filming, dining, trainings, and events. The space also includes high speed wireless internet, central heating and air-conditioning along with light switch dimmers to customize your lighting preference. The extraordinary view through the sliding glass doors (opening up to a private deck) looks out over Sunset Boulevard for as far as the eye can see - offering a 180º view of the Los Feliz Hills and then some. Standing / sitting capacity (given the various setups) fits up to 20-ish people. 20 guests max | 900 sq. feet | Apartment/Penthouse

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
