About the Space
This is the perfect location for Recording Studio photo or video sessions. High end gear, along with changeable mood LED lighting lead to a great looking shot. There is also musical equipment available to use as props or other visual textures. Real high end microphones add an element of authenticity to any imagery.
General Rules
1) No Smoking inside
2) Use of musical gear must be supervised by one of our staff
3) If you intend to use the musical gear for anything other than a visual prop a session engineer must be hired to accompany the event
4) 2000sf paved outdoor space is also available for catering etc

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
