All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a wonderful, modern, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 3. Tons of natural light fill the space! Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We have 24/7 security at our location. We are located on PCH and Grand Avenue and have parking available as well and is located off of Grand Avenue just behind our center. There is approximately 200 sq ft of workable space. The whole office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A TV is mounted on the wall for presentations. There are currently 3 chairs in the conference room. Also, the conference table has all HDMI, phone and power conveniently located in middle of desks to power up laptops and phones. Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - 6' x 4' glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier -TV with HDMI connection - Yes, we can add more chairs to the conf room as requested (up to 6) Parking is available in building. It is $2 for 15 minutes with a maximum of $16 for all day. Please wear face covering

I booked two conference rooms for my colleague and I for a co-facilitated virtual event. We each needed a quiet and separate room to work in and these were side-by-side, making it easy for us to coordinate when we needed to - but also have our own private space. The space is beautiful, with a stunning entryway and a great staff. I will continue to book here for all my conference room needs!
