We are a professional shared workspace with conference rooms available to rent by the hour! Our 12 person meeting room is perfect for your next presentation, discussion, group work or executive meeting. Large Conference Room: (12 guests) Flat Screen TV Whiteboard On-Site Staff High-Speed WIFI Our professional front desk team will greet your client and let you know they have arrived! Conference phone in all meeting space! Complimentary Wifi! Complimentary Visitor Parking! Outside Food and Beverage Welcome! Located in the prestigious Cherry Creek area of Denver, CO, Minutes away from downtown, and just blocks from the Cherry Creek Mall Shopping Center, as well as the high-end Cherry Creek North Shops. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Conference room was as advertised. I had some issues with figuring out the video connection and ended up having to hack my way through it. Paty was exceptional at providing what we needed…extension cord, HDMI cable, bottled water, brought our DoorDash lunches back, etc. There was a fee for parking, which wasn’t in place when I originally booked the event, and there was no “grandfathering”. The suite also has smaller conference rooms as well. I would book at this facility again if I needed a room near downtown Denver.
