We have only 18 parking spots on site. However, there are over 50 free street parking spots within a block of walk around us.

AV EQUIPMENT: Group may bring their own AV equipment. We offers no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. Group is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. Rental AV projector is available for $20 additional per meeting. Private kitchen access is available for $20 addtional per meeting. MISCELLANEOUS: - No smoking in or around rental facility. - No Candles - No Alcohol. WET BAR: We stock Bottled Water, Diet Coke, Arizona Green Tea, and Healthy Snacks. Group may use anything from the Wet Bar and we will bill you after taking inventory (Please fill out the provided form for items consumed.) ROOM CONDITION: Group is responsible for returning the facility to its original status: (1) Chairs and tables should be returned to original position (2) All garbage must be put in garbage can. (3) Whiteboard writing should be erased. OVERTIME: Overtime needs permission from owner (because there may be another meeting scheduled right after) and, with permission, over time will be charged at the same hourly rate as original booking. PAYMENT PROCESS: All payments are executed through the Peerspace platform. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: We follow the Peer Space general cancellation and refund policy.
