About the Space
The space features beautiful period details from the 1920s. Comprised of a main house with a variety of usable rooms and spaces, several smaller buildings scattered across the grounds, and a wooded area and bluff overlooking the broad Hudson River and Tappan Zee Bridge, we offer a broad mix of beautiful and idyllic views and interesting filming and shooting locales. While we can accommodate very large groups on our 25-acre estate, we limit private events/weddings to 200 guests. The interior space of the mansion can accommodate about 30 guests for a seated dinner and up to 150 for a cocktail party. Any seated reception over 30 guests requires a tent rental. Our sweet spot is 125 guests. We have a preferred caterer, but you can also select your own caterer with an additional kitchen usage fee.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Fantastic location, amazing host. We used this as an interview space for a television interview. Linda was extremely helpful from beginning to end, always looking to see if we needed anything or if she could assist in any way. The grounds are breathtaking and well kept. It's a very easy ride from NYC (about 30 min) and worth it. There are many rooms to choose from for shoots or many locations outdoors. I highly recommend this space and definitely plan to use it again. Thank you Linda and Belvedere Estate!!!
