We have free available parking for about 75 vehicles near the mansion. We can accommodate hundreds of vehicles on lawn, but that would require an extra valet charge.

No smoking or open flame allowed Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors Guests must provide COI All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking If catering does not come through one of the Belvedere Estate’s preferred caterers, client must provide a 15% facility buyout of total spend. Menus and signed catering agreements inclusive of beverage must be made available to Belvedere point of contact Client will be charged all applicable New York Sales Tax. Should your organization be Tax Exempt, Clients must provide LNF Events with the proper Sales Tax Exempt Certificate. Federal and any other exemption forms are not accepted. Each authority has a different definition of being non-profit or being a charitable organization. Upon receipt of completed and signed form, LNF will make the appropriate tax adjustment. A 15% security deposit will be required prior to event. Any additional charges, including overtime fees incurred are due immediately following the event. The difference between the security deposit & any additional charges incurred will be refunded within 14 business days from the last event day. Overtime fees will apply with a minimum of three hours.
