Converted from an old printing warehouse, our space is nestled in the vibrant Gulch neighborhood, an offshoot of Downtown Nashville. Within walking distance, you'll find some of Nashville's hippest local restaurants, shops, murals and hotels. Trusted by corporate teams like Google, Amazon and SmileDirectClub, our space is the ideal venue to get focused and aligned with your team. Because we only host one client at a time, when you rent our venue, you gain access to our entire space, including the 3500 square foot back lounge, as well as our private offices and breakout spaces. Also included in the rental is use of our in-house luxury furniture, including farm tables, up to 60 comfortable chairs, 8 sofas and soft seating. We include a room move in our rental rate, so you can customize the room layout as much as you need before the day of your event. Meeting materials like WiFi, flip charts, markers and a rolling whiteboard are available for use, free of charge. We also offer 25 on-site parking spots - a rare find in the Gulch - with an option for overflow parking, as well. Once we establish your timeline and setup needs, a staff member will meet you at the venue on the day of your event to assist with setup and will support your team throughout the day. Should you require additional materials (i.e. rentals, catering, lighting, valet) a rep will help you secure these through our trusted partners.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
