Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We disinfect, clean, and sanitize before every shoot. Everyone is required to wear a mask during their rental.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

1100sq ft video & photo studio with a 12 foot high by 25 feet wide white cyclorama. Perfect for: - corporate interviews - you can pull a car into our space! We have a 10x10 garage bay door. - creative visuals - commercials - fashion & lifestyle - music videos - family, engagement, portrait, and headshot photos - seamless paper green screen backdrop (available upon request) - camera and lighting rentals available on site! - anything you can think of!

Parking description

2 cars can fit in front of the studio and there's overflow parking available just feet away from the studio.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

There's no windows in our studio. The studio is constructed from concrete and is painted black all throughout the space except for the white cyc. The black paint helps to control light from bouncing back and polluting your image during your production.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can't hear the neighbors, it's truly a rarity. We're located in a private business plaza. The only traffic we see is from shipping companies and occasionally customers from other businesses (but we never notice them since the studio is inside, haha). The AC does cause some noise, but we usually turn it off during productions that require sound to be recorded. We use sound blankets on the floors and on stands to block the sound from bouncing off the cyc wall; we also have acoustically treated foam placed on the ceiling over the White Cyclorama.

Equipment loading description

We have a parking space that doubles as a loading zone for our 10x10 garage bay. The entrance doesn't require a ramp. Loading trucks can remained parked in the designated loading zone near the garage bay.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

The circut breaker is located behind the cyclorama. Since we built the cyc around the AC unit you'd have to crawl under the AC unit to get to the breaker that's behind the cyc. There's 8 outlets up on the grid ceiling and 8 outlets on the floor near the Cyc and power strips available on site to extend your outlets. The power rating of the studio is 100 amps.

General Rules

House Rules: - All studio bookings are non-refundable along with any equipment booked for that day. * you can always reschedule up to 1-week out. - Credit card on file for incidentals. - Must sign waiver of liability before coming to the studio, or once arriving. You cannot enter the Studio space without signing the waiver. - No smoking in the building. - Outside catering is allowed. - No alcohol allowed. - Must clean up after yourself. - Ask to see our equipment rentals catalog if you’re interested in renting. - Be cautious of your surroundings. - Must obey anything the Studio Manager asks of you. - Must not eat the food & drink that is stored for employees in the mini fridge. - The studio Air Conditioning must not drop below 72 during your project. - Office/editing suite side is off-limits. *if you're interested in renting the editing bay/office space, please contact us. * COVID-19 UPDATE: Please, respect the social distancing rule of 6ft. Everyone is required to wear masks. You're required to wear gloves when handling equipment. Wash your hands when regularly. Maximum capacity is: 4 guests.
