We provide event space, studios, galleries, and office suites for creative professionals to make their best work. From the emerging visual artist to the director, we are here to support every stage of your process. Located in Southwest Berkeley, where creativity is embedded into the very fabric of the San Francisco Bay Area, we seek to support the arts through our communal partnerships. While the second floor features our collaborative workspace, the first floor features four production studios with the ability to rent for large scale photo/film productions and events. Each of our studios are fashioned with four directors’ chairs, folding tables/chairs, apple boxes, sandbags, and laundry hampers. We have limited parking onsite which is subject to availability. Also located in house are our production partners, Ranahan Production Services and Little Giant Lighting & Grip Co. We are happy to act as your liaison to procure their services during your time with us. Great host, great team! I would def book again at this location. I booked for a video shoot and wasn't aware initially that there was different pricing for meeting vs video purposes, so be aware of that going in. Otherwise, the experience was great and it appeared there were plenty of other rooms and areas that I would be interested in shooting over there in the future.
