Located in the heart of Printer's Alley sits this historic building. Built in the 1870s with wall to wall exposed brick. This historic and versatile space leaves you the opportunity to customize the area to your event or meetings ideal design. Lunch meetings, dinners, corporate events and customized cocktail receptions work wonderfully in the Balcony. The space is semi-private as it overlooks the main dining room. The Balcony can host from 10-40 guests. The main dining room can host up to 50 at tables throughout the open floor. To encorporate food into your event we use food and beverage minimums. For daytime events the minimum is $675 and will be based off a pre-selected menu. For nighttime events the minimum varies on guest size, please inquiry for more details. All events with food need at least 5 business days notice for booking. Venue rentals only need at least 3 business days notice. The venue can be entered from the front door on 3rd Ave North and only public parking is available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
