With windows that span the length of our large open space, we are an off-site venue that is great for conferences, workshops, client appreciations, meet-ups, staff trainings, and more. The design is simple and can fit almost any type of gathering. There is space for up to 150 people with plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate your needs. We are setup for basic A/V needs with wireless mics, TV's, and a sound system. We are located in downtown Smyrna so there are a number of restaurants right outside our doors. There is also a large kitchenette if you prefer to prep your own food. There is free parking and reliable WIFI. There is a small stage and a separate living room area in the space which gives it a professional yet communal feel. We have a rolling whiteboard as well as a breakout room that can seat about 12 people. There is a table and living room area in that room. Pull up a chair as we'd love to host you at The Table!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Horrible experience: 1) The COVID-19 Action Plan was not adhered to causing the setup to take an additional hour. 2) The host took no responsibility when I contacted him & offered no concessions for the obvious impact on event activities this time loss caused. 3) All guests we not only out of the space but had departed the plaza, still the host charged overtime for 2 persons (caterer & assistant) who left the space 20 minutes after the reservation time.
