About the Space
Located in Southwest Berkeley, our building features 20,000 square feet of operable space On the ground floor, we have our beautiful Je T’aime Cafe ready for your event. With a fully stocked kitchen, top line coffee machine, and flexible seating, our cafe is the perfect choice for all types of events. Cafe includes bar stool seating/high top tables for 20, an elegant sofa, and two sofa chairs. Additional equipment rentals available onsite. Open for weekends upon direct request! ABOUT THE SPACE: With studios, galleries and office suites, our space is the hub for creative minds. From the emerging visual artist to the director, we are here to support every stage of your process. Located in Southwest Berkeley, where creativity is embedded into the very fabric of the San Francisco Bay Area, we seek to support the arts through our communal partnerships. The first floor of our space features four production studios. These are available to industry creatives for photo, film, events, and more. With 7500 sq ft of professional industry studios, we offer on site equipment rentals through our partners Little Giant and Ranahan Productions.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was a such a cute space to throw my friend her baby shower! Eileen responds quickly and worked with our needs. She let us walk through the property before booking and was very attentive to our needs on the day of the shower. The venue is very unassuming on the outside (looks like a warehouse) but is beautiful on the inside. Plenty of parking on the weekend. They had extra furniture to rent for very reasonable prices if needed but we were able to bring our own extra tables and chairs for the space. The reason for 4 stars is because of the sink. We didn’t know it was broken and everything we dumped down the drain started spilling into the cabinet/floor below. It freaked us out during clean up but Eileen didn’t make a big deal of it so we felt more at ease upon leaving the space. Overall I would definitely recommend this space to my friends and family for future gatherings/parties.
