All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful and spacious, modern ranch style early 1960s home with great backyard including pool and fire pit. Located in the beautiful Western Trails neighborhood! Just minutes from downtown and walking distance from Central Market and WestGate Shopping Center. INSIDE: Open space living area with tons of natural light. The mid-century modern design is ideal for photo shoots and videos. Rooms included in this listing are the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and backyard with pool and fire pit. If you're interested in booking any bedrooms (2) or home office (1) please message me for additional pictures and details. OUTSIDE: Large backyard with pine fencing, established trees and bamboo. Concrete patio includes a separate dining area, 11’ by 27’ pool with tanning ledge and recliners, and large fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We loved shooting in Kyle's home! The living areas are spacious and incredibly versatile for creating different environments for your video shoot. We loved the natural light and key features like the Nest cooling system and upscale furnishings. Kyle was super flexible with us and was patient when our shoot ran over slightly. Highly recommend!

We used Kyle’s space to take some couples pictures for two hours and the house was everything and more than we expected! We absolutely loved the decor, the home was clean, and aesthetically, was exactly what we were wanting! Kyle met us upon arrival and showed us around, we felt very comfortable and the outdoor space and pool was a definite plus! If you’re thinking of booking here, I would highly recommend it!
