No more than 5 individuals shall “spend the night” aka "inhabit" the space for more than 48hrs unless otherwise specified with written consent by me & my legal team. Any video/photoshoots requiring permits shall be procured & presented prior to use of the space. No smoking is allowed inside the space. No hard drugs. All animals/pets subject to approval and nonrefundable-deposit. NO PORN SHOOTS! NO SEX/SWINGER PARTIES! NO LIVE BANDS! NO LOUD PARTIES, NO HARD DRUGS, NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC/DJ’S... NO EXCEPTIONS! * Acoustic live/un-amplified music is ok based upon pre-approval. Any violation of the aforementioned is terms for immediate termination and users must vacate the premises immediately or face criminal prosecution. - HOLD HARMLESS: Owner(s) / Manager(s) do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, phone, internet, cable or satellite TV, or electricity services or plumbing. Nor will Owners/managers accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond its control.
