About the Space

They are included, and the space continues to evolve. Many of the plants can be moved to stage your shoots, and we can show you the ones that need to remain stationary. The floor mirrors can also be moved, no problem. Just be aware as they are your liability if broken/damaged. If you want them removed for your event, we can arrange that for you at no extra charge. *Booking time and OVERTIME*: Please factor your set up/break down into your booking time. We cannot predict how much time you need to decorate/cater/set up /break down you event so its important that you also include this into your booking time. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Studio works for: Baby showers (we have celebrated over 100 baby showers now!) Bridal Showers Birthday parties Rehearsal Dinners Film Lifestyle Studio Portrait Headshots and Branding Boudoir Product photos Fashion Shoots There is a Sonos sound system for use in the space with 4 speakers (it can get LOUD), as well as a LIFX lighting system. LIFX will dial to any color you choose, and can be operated from a free app on your own device). There are 17 individual lights that you can dial to any color you choose. Both the lighting and Sonos sound system are WiFi controlled. They do not connect through bluetooth. The layout of the space is very open, with minimal furniture to obstruct the space. The entrance is ADA compliant, and includes an ADA accessible bathroom. The floors are painted concrete.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I had my baby shower here and it was the perfect space! The plants make the environment so beautiful and fun! We had 50 people and the space fit us perfectly. Jude met me when I got there and showed me how to change the light settings and also how to hook up my music to the speakers. It was perfect and I'm so glad I found this space!

Yes, I would book again.

This space was so great and I wish I knew more people with events to plan in the valley so they could book with Jude! This space was perfect for our small group of 10-15 people celebrating a baby shower, but I could see getting a slightly bigger crowd in there, maybe 20-30 people would have also been great! The space is so lush and green, but also elegant and casual. It's just very tasteful! Classy without being uptight. Jude is very responsive and was so generous with answering any questions I had about our event and decorations. The space definitely looks how it does in the pictures and what's even better is that you able to arrange some of the plants in there to suit what you need. We didn't arrange anything, but he does allow folks to move some of the existing decor. The sound and lighting system was SO AMAZING! I was really impressed with the sonos sound and lighting app because I wasn't really expecting or planning that part of the event, and it just made things even better. This is a great place to book for any variety of events! Thank you Jude!

Yes, I would book again.

This was a very fun and unique space to use. It was clean and organized and has some great options for a photo shoot. The host, Jude, was very friendly and responsive. He met me early to walk me through the lighting and sound controls and ensured I was comfortable with everything before leaving me to use the space. This was a great experience.

Yes, I would book again.

The space is perfect for an event, and the host, Jude, is wonderful to work with. Jude was extremely accommodating and hands on, he’s super friendly and willing to help in anyway. We held my nieces baby shower in the space and she loved everything about the space, especially the beautiful plants. We had about 50+ ppl and there was plenty of space for all of us and a huge balloon arch and buffet tables.

We had a fantastic experience hosting our women's yoga event at Boho Jungle Space. The venue was just what we needed - beautiful and functional. Jude was incredibly professional and responsive, making the communication and check-in process seamless. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this space to anyone in search of the perfect venue.
