Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
The layout of the space is very open, allowing for flexible use. It is a lush living environment filled with plants and wicker to create a relaxing and warm place to hold events. All of the plants in the photos are a part of the space, and are always included. We include up to 11 six foot long folding tables, 2 smaller 2 X 4 foot tables, and 50 black folding chairs in your booking. If you are booking an event where you need these items, please let us know if you plan to use them. Table linens and decorations (such as balloons, table settings, etc) are not included. We allow outside food/catering, decorations, event planning, and alcohol for any guests over the age of 21. The entrance is ADA compliant, and includes an ADA accessible bathroom. The floors are painted concrete. We have 2 vintage peacock chairs, available as add-ons. * Your setup / clean up has to be within your booking period.
