About the Space

Recently remodeled home San Clemente. Large kitchen with spacious counters, stainless steel Viking appliances, painted white brick backsplash, etc., fantastic lighting fixtures throughout, stunning stairwell with warm wood stairs, white risers and large white brick wall, wide plank wood flooring throughout, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and siting area, beautiful green hedge, etc. Interior and lush green yard has been featured in local print ad and photographs beautifully year round. Distressed white brick stair wall has produced stunning modern black and white photos for local photographers. Accommodates up to 100, full use of gourmet kitchen, coffee machine, etc. (see photos for more detail)

Such an incredible location. It was absolutely perfect for our photo shoot today. Gorgeous, tasteful, neutral decor that could work with so many different color palettes - incredible natural light and space. Beautiful back yard. Countless different areas throughout home for shooting. Words (and pictures!) do not even do it justice. Host was super easy to work with too. Communicative and helpful. Highly recommended location.
