All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in Downtown LA's Skid Royko neighborhood, this place is a 2800 Sq Ft private event space with attached photo studio. Our photo studio features a 10ft Cyc Wall and lots of natural lighting. We also have an assortment of unique mid century modern furniture available for shoots. Our event space is perfect for private parties, pop up art galleries, yoga/workout classes and off site meetings. Features: Large Open Floor Main Space with hardwood floors. Dj Booth with Full Range Sound System. Programmable LED lighting grid on ceiling for custom lighting effects. Mural Wall art piece. 2 Restrooms, including unique mirrored "Infinity" restroom. Multiple Lounge areas including vented indoor Smoking Lounge (420 Friendly) Cheap Street Parking Daytime and Free Street Parking after 6pm. Easy Access to the 101, 110, and 10 freeways. 10 Minute Walk from Little Tokyo / Arts District Redline Stop.

Parking description
There's metered parking (free after 6 pm, Sundays and Holidays) and one free spot for loading and unloading. There are also parking lots nearby that can be rented out for the night (one that's free, all you need is to get a security guard for the lot).

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
