About the Space
This space can be used for anything from a dinner party, baby shower, photo shoot, filming location or a corporate get together. There is an open concept living area featuring a gas fireplace and roomy seating area. We have a 45 inch Samsung Smart TV and a Google home so that you can listen to your favorite music or play music videos during your event. The kitchen features a gas 5 burner stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and white shaker cabinets. The dining area features a chic West Elm dining table that seats six and opens up to a small balcony with an outdoor table that seats four. Please inquire if you would like to utilize the upstairs area. The 2 king size modern bedrooms are available for your use, but will incur an additional charge.

Absolutely wonderful and just as pictured. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. She was very hospitable and kept the lines of communications open and gracious up until the day of the event. This is a great space for a small gathering of friends and family in the city! A pleasure and a treasure to find and partake!

Working with Elizabeth was easy! The space was beautiful and just as advertised. Keep in mind if you have more than 5-6 people and are using the space for more than a few hrs, you may want to pay/request access to the upstairs of the home for access to another restroom. I had a mid-sized group of about 10 for an all day offsite meeting and we struggled as we only had access to a half bathroom. All rooms upstairs were locked. Aside from this, great space that I would use again anytime.

The space was very lovely, clean, and inviting. I booked this space for a branding photoshoot, and I could not be happier with the images. The decor was chic and modern - the perfect backgrounds for my pictures! The outdoor/patio area was lovely also! In addition, the host was very inviting and communicated well with me before I arrived at the space.
