Conveniently located near North Station, the TD Garden, Mass General Hospital and the Charles River, we offer a spacious main gallery (and smaller permanent gallery) where you can conduct a comfortable function surrounded by walls festooned with historic relics from a bygone era. Acceptable functions include meetings, receptions, lectures, talks, presentations and similar private, community, corporate and nonprofit events. The place can accommodate up to 50 people seated or 100 standing, and is ADA compliant. We are conveniently located near the TD Garden, Mass General Hospital, Beacon Hill and the Charles River, and close to the North Station and Science Park/West End MBTA stops. Rental includes: - Access to both galleries: The main gallery is 1,200 sq. ft. and features a pull down screen for video presentations. The permanent gallery is 1,000 sq. ft. A speaker’s podium is available for either space. - Use of 50 chairs and 9 folding tables (each 2.5 ft. x 6 ft.). - Access to the kitchen* and an additional restroom for event staff. (*kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and Keurig) - Volunteer staff to assist with planning and during the event.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
