About the Space
This heavenly outdoor oasis in La Cresta (Murrieta, Ca) is available for your event needs. Incredible views, gorgeous sunsets, palm trees, gazebo, pool, fire pit, lounge chairs and more! Idea outdoor location for Birthday Parties, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Family Reunion and Celebrations. This property is ideal for an outdoor event, The backyard has both sunny and shady areas. Outdoor furniture includes a cabana, eating table and Lounge Chairs. For your event, there is one table that seats 8. There is an additional 4 chairs plus lounge seating around the pool. There is access to a pool room that includes a bathroom but, otherwise, there is no access to the rest of the house. WIFI + Speakers Also we do have a Jacuzzi available. We do not market it on the website but if you would like to use it, we charge $25 dollars. It just covers our propane cost. Just message what time you would like so we can turn it on for you. Please consider 20 minutes for it to heat up.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Thank you for letting us use your outdoor space for my son's rehearsal dinner! Our guests loved the space, view and location! We brought in paper products, food, tablecloths, ice, wine and beer. The use of their cooler and speaker were very helpful. There was ample seating with the tables/chair rental and once the sun went down the view was even more spectacular! It was a perfect event and night!

Absolutely Amazing! I had my daughters 10th surprise party & everything was perfect ! Renee & Judson responded right away with such great warm energy ,made everything so smooth .Anything we couldn’t bring because we were coming from out of town was already ready for us to use (ice chest , speaker, ect) . It was just such a big weight lifted off our shoulders. The space was perfect, everyone loved the space & the great views from the pool. I would definitely recommend to anybody & we will for sure be looking to rent for a next event . You will not be disappointed.

Oh my gosh this space is amazing!! We rented this beautiful space from Renee to welcome our baby boy and shower him. Renee was super helpful throughout the entire event and we couldn’t have asked for a more genuine and caring experience. She really made us feel welcome! We will definitely be coming back for future events soon.

Reene and Jim made me feel welcome to there beautiful home. They had a refrigerator and freezer that really help out. The gazebo was place perfectly to give shade in the middle of the day. Everything was clean bathroom, pool, and yard. Not only do they deserve the “five stars” they deserve one more. I haven’t been able to stop talking about what a amazing time I had. Thank you Beautiful host!

Renee and Judson are marvelously cordial, professional, accommodating and attentive. I had questions about the space and these wonderful hosts went above and beyond what was required to answer each of my inquiries, putting my mind at ease. Our graduation event was a huge success as all of our guests marveled at the panoramic view, cozy cabana area, amazing firepit and the piece de resistance: a clear blue-water pool enhanced by sparkling tiles and a warm jet pulsating jacuzzi. As if this all this splendor isn't enough, the entire spacious utopian paradise is surrounded by warm outdoor lighting, illuminated umbrella seating and lush Manhattan uplit palm trees. There's no need to look any further, you'll want to have not only your next event here, but all your future events as well!
