All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Conference Room is 20ft. long by 13.5ft. wide and is equipped with 10 chairs, 1 table, electric shades for complete privacy, fully integrated A/V with in desk control & discrete dimmable LED lighting. The conference room is privately yours for the duration of the rental but you're welcome to the shared amenities such as the outdoor terrace, lounge/ chill-out area, kitchen. We have high-speed WiFi, printer, scanner and photocopier. Don't forget to stay hydrated and caffeinated, stop by the kitchen area for water coffee or tea! Our conference room provides a comfortable, light filled space providing an audio secure space for your next meetings. Available for $50/hour. Parking description
Backyard on Blake has a 22 spot parking lot. The first 30 minutes are free and then it is $3/hour. The lot has the potential to be rented out for an event. You can also find on street parking surrounding the complex.
General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

The space was perfect for our all-week team meeting. The Workroom team was a pleasure to work with and were incredibly accommodating. The space itself is quaint, quiet, and located in an amazing area with easy access for team lunches and after work celebrations. The conference was bright, spacious, and all technology was easy to figure out and use. Thank you for everything, and we will return!

The meeting room was exactly as seen in the photo. Light, clean and comfortable. Keri was very helpful getting settled in. It's a very nice space. Loved that there's an app to display on the large screen monitor vs. having to string connection cables across chairs and tables :-)
