Enjoy my enchanting Los Angeles bungalow located steps from the Los Angeles River Greenway & bike path in the heart of Frogtown (Silverlake & Atwater Village Adjacent). My home is set back away from a non-through street so it’s very quiet & peaceful, while still being close to coffee shops, restaurants & live music venues. Built in the 1920s, my recently renovated home is decorated with rich colors and retro design details. Each room is a different color so lots of great photoshoot opportunities. Wood flooring throughout. Each room has its own unique character while harmonizing with the house as a whole. There are plenty of plants around and tons of natural light. Each room has color adjustable Phillips Hue bulbs for infinite lighting possibilities. The bungalow has two bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds along with a queen-sized pull out couch bed. Sectional couch provides ample seating in cozy living room. Entertainment area includes 40 inch flatscreen TV, receiver, speakers & record player. Yummy yellow kitchen is small but well-organized with a great flow. Kitchen has a five burner gas range, fridge with water filter, microwave & all the appliances you could need. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware & glassware for 8+ guests. Edwardian-style bathroom is shared Jack & Jill style with both bedrooms. Bathroom includes vintage vanity, deep clawfoot tub, standing rain shower with live ferns as well as a TOTO commode. Each room has AC units, heating and along with two large tower fans. Home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, & washcloths There is an open patio dining area with teak furniture, sunbrella, & bistro lights in front of my home. The fenced in back yard boasts a sectional seating area, fire pit & warm bistro lighting. My home comes with off-street parking for 6+ cars and there is plenty of street parking as well. My home is walking distance to La Calombe coffee, Bike Spoke Cafe, Wax Paper sandwich shop, Salazar Tacos & the new live music venue Zebulon. My home is perfect for filming, photoshoots, retreats, meetings and workshops.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 6am unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing with property owner. No smoking inside the unit. If guests are smoking outside they must ash in an ashtray & clean up all butts. No illegal drugs are to be used or sold on the property. No firearms or explosives are allowed on property. Guests must stay on property. No trespassing into neighbors’ property on foot or in vehicles. Pets are allowed on property. Pets must remain on a leash at all times outside the house, with the exception of the back patio. Owners MUST clean up after their pets. Any & all pet damage is the responsibility of renter and renter agrees to notify owner immediately if pet damages occur. No nails, tacks, anchors or other holes are allowed on walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, etc without prior written consent from owner. Guests are welcome to use heaters, fans & AC units but they must be turned off when guests leave the house. Guests are welcome to use the laundry shed on site. Guests may use any detergents, bleach etc labelled with 1918. Laundry shed is shared with 1916 so please keep laundry moving rather than letting it sit. Washer door must be left open when not in use to prevent mildew. All common areas, including front patio are to be kept clean, free of clutter and free of trash at all times. Trash must be disposed of in sealed bags and put into black bin located around the right side of house behind wooden fence. Recycling goes in the blue bin. No candles or open flames allowed in unit unless otherwise negotiated in writing with property owner. Guests are welcome to use the firepit on the back patio but they must use the fire grate and pour water onto the fire after they are finished. No waterbeds, liquid-filled furniture, inflatable hot tubs or kiddie pools are allowed on premises. No trampling of shrubbery or landscaped areas. Guests may not give keys or keypad codes to anyone outside of the rental including cleaning & delivery persons. Security & safety is the responsibility of renter. Renter must make sure that all doors are locked and windows are closed when leaving the house. There is no filming on the property without prior written consent of owner and a signed contract between the production company and the property owner. All keys must be returned upon vacating or guests will be held liable for new locks.
