All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The house was designed by a professional, goes well with weddings, shoots of family/friends, small catering events or corporate gatherings. The patio has different sections so the event can easily be enclosed or expanded according to needs. The house has an old Spanish style, typical in Miami historic houses

The driveway can park up to 6 cars. Extra cars can park use the free street parking (please ask where this is located, as an area is residential parking only)

Front door/entrance camera. There are no cameras inside neither in the backyard

Jessiana's house was perfect for our team's retreat. Throughout our three days on site, we enjoyed the options for meeting space in different rooms as well as outside on the patio. We also took advantage of the more private spaces for individual Zoom meetings and calls - the extra monitors were a big plus. Overall, a great space, close to the airport and to hotels in Miami Beach, and comfortable for our team meeting.
