All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the rising and vibrant neighborhood of logan square, this recently renovated storefront has been converted into an open space cinema studio. One side of the wall has black matte paint to ensure no unwanted light reflections or spills and the other side features a floor to ceiling brick wall. Double sound insulation between the first and second floors provides excellent sound blocking from the tenants upstairs. Very minimal outside noise can be heard from within the studio. This space can be perfect for a variety of production shoots such as: - Interview Videos - Tutorial Videos - Green Screen / Chroma Key Videos - Music Videos - Film Production - Photography with Backdrops - Podcasts Setups - & much more! A wide array of other activities can be applied to this space such as: - Art Gallery - Seminar/Presentation Event - Workshops - Film Screenings - Private Events - Conference Space - & More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Renee was an excellent host! He was responsive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met upon arrival. The space was great for the two interviews we filmed and perfect for the moody look we were trying to achieve. There was a lot of space (big plus for social distancing) and not too much sound was able to get in from the streets. Highly recommended Renee's space :)
