All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Great space for film and photo production - filmed interviews, magazine shoot, video shoot, photo shoot and more! - Warm, modern feel - There are 3 - 4 distinct spaces that can be used available for use, useful for smaller group discussions or break out areas as well. - The space allows for formal meetings as well as casual events - Huge backyard and patio with seating, heaters and wet bar to enjoy the great California weather and sun - Tables and seating can be arranged to accommodate additional guests in the backyard too. Table seating for 30 people. - Dining table that seats 10 comfortably additional space for eating around the island - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave - 2 Bathrooms
