For the tea party table to be set up and used it is an additional fee of $150 We are respectful of our neighbors so no exterior shots before 10am or after 5pm without permission. We also have an extensive archive of fabulous vintage dresses/ jumpsuits plus designer cocktail dresses , kaftan's and gowns. Literally hundreds of pieces with jewellery and accessories. It is a one stop shop if you want to take beauty or social media shots. We can also provide in house styling/ hair /make up. Message us for me more details to give you quotes. Should you want to shoot longer/earlier hours it is possible just message me for more details. We also offer an extensive vintage archive and luxury designer clothing/accessory rental. A 1960 Buick Le Sabre can be used as a backdrop at additional cost. This price would be added onto the Peerspace booking. There are meters and Trader Joes is $12 all day . The cheapest parking is under Tender Greens/AAA offices on Hancock/ Santa Monica as $8 flat rate from 8am to 6pm
