I booked this modern space in Pilsen on Saturday, 1/25/2020 for a baby shower for 50 guests from 2-5 PM. Working and communicating with the owner, Anabelle, was very professional, timely and pleasurable. She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating on how we could use the space (set-up, decorating and lay-out). We particularly enjoyed bringing in our own catering and having a small beer/mimosa station. Set-up, clean up and tear-down was very easy as well. Our guests were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. I will definitely be booking this space again for future low-key events such as workshops, work meetings and small gatherings.
