All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Welcome to our studio! If you check below, you can view our long list of industry standard equipment, from Tube-Tech's and BAE's to Neuman U-87's and Shure SM7B's. We offer all the top of the line equipment used to make major hit records, at an UNBEATABLE price point. We carry KRK 10.3 4TH Generation monitors with 10 in. woofers that will more than fulfill your "turn that up" desire, and Yamaha NS10's for mixing and referencing. Our room has been sonically treated with Roxul based acoustic panels and bass traps to provide a perfect room for both mixing and mastering. Comfortable seating is available for up to 5 musicians + 1 engineer and cold water is complimentary. Our rate is with an engineer included who will help mix and master your music during your section and can help you with the production of any genre of music. If you'd like to book without an engineer, feel free to message us about our lockout rates!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The host was great, he was able to give us an extended time as we were kind of confused with finding the entrance. He is very cooperative. The space was perfect for recording.
