Top decorated signs that light up read "Bar" and "Cocktail Lounge" with an assortment of decorative signs including alcohol brands and signage. Bar area has glassware to serve all types of drinks (martinis, margaritas, cocktails, wine, beer, champagne and shots). It also has bar essentials such as a shaker, bar spoon, jiggers, etc. A marble-top wood table with two dining chairs, a coffee table, floor lamp, table top wine rack, brown faux couch with decorative pillows and a faux palm tree are also part of the room. It faces a spacious balcony, great for setting up lighting setups. A large balcony with partial city views is in the back of the unit. Balcony faces street with a clear view of Hollywood Blvd facing East and partial views looking forward. It has 3 outdoor chairs, a small glass table, decorative lights and greenery. There is surrounding street and paid parking. Unit has two allocated parking spots that are available for an additional fee.
