All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Wonderful 1500 sq.ft. space with a small stage and dance floor. Built in ceiling projector and sound system. Large projection screen on wall. High ceilings and nicely decorated. Great for concerts, shows, private meetings, dinners, parties, weddings, receptions etc. Onsite catering and bar available.

Amazing ! Our wonderful host was consistent and quick with staying in touch, handling the details, and was on point for being on time when we needed her. My sister even said she helped with the set up when my sister was in a panic haha! Thankyou for everything, what a beautiful space !
