LOCATION We are centrally located off of Beech Road/Stamp Road area in Temple Hills MD ~ a mile north of the MGM National Harbor and Casino. The area is a big industrial area with lots of creative studios and industrial businesses. PAYMENT PROCESSING and CANCELLATION: Please note that payments made on the Peerspace platform are not credited to the venue until 7 days after event conclusion. For any and all cancellations, you must follow the Peerspace policy in this listed. Venue is not responsible for return of funds in the event of any cancellation outside of the policy listed on Peerspace site. Please ensure you understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
