The house was adorable - we used the space for a home decor photoshoot and it was a great backdrop for our pieces. We had an issue with the manufacturer so we had to delay the shoot two weeks and Roxanne let us move dates without a problem. However, the house looked like it had not been cleaned in well over a month. There was also someone living in one of the rooms and that made it unusable. The floors were dirty and dusty and we found trash everywhere. The bathrooms were also not clean. Another group was booked right before us and nobody came in to clean it before we used it which is concerning during a pandemic. I expected it to be professionally cleaned before we used it, considering we paid $500 for 3 hours.

Very responsive and very helpful the entire time! Not only was the Roxanne friendly flexible but also made us who were not from Atlanta feel like we have known her for years! High suggest using this space or any other space managed by Roxanne!

Roxanne was very helpful in securing the perfect retreat for my photoshoot. Even though the original location wasn’t available the new spot was just as perfect. Photoshoot came out great.
