All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Workout Facility located in Arlington, TX. The gym includes a 20x20 official sized boxing ring, workout machines such as weights, treadmill, gym equipment, etc. Also a punching bag area. There are two garage doors that can be opened or closed, also a sky light panel above the ring. Small room with lockers. Bathrooms are Available.

General Rules
• No smoking or alcohol.
• No productions associated with alcohol or drug use.
• Use gym gear properly. No kicking the bags.
• Items must be put back where they are found.
• Tennis Shoes Required on Ring.
• Production Insurance Required
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All security camera’s will be on 24/7. We have them located in the lobby, down the hall, and in the gym.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The owner was very feasible and explained all the rules thoroughly. They didn’t intervene in our photo shoot until our time was up just to let us know our time was almost up. I’ll definitely be booking again. Very spacious and beautiful boxing gym.
