A vibrant and beautiful Penthouse with a Latin Caribbean feel, located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. It's truly an oasis in the midst of the city! The Penthouse is two stories, including a spacious and colorful balcony with beautiful mountain views, cozy hammocks, and a seating, meditative space to relax, unwind, and socialize. There is also a rooftop pool & jacuzzi with amazing city views. The Penthouse is a short walk to major attractions in the city, bars & restaurants, museums, and parks. My penthouse was decorated with a lot of love and everywhere you look is a piece of my heart and a little bit of my life story! I have learned that the extraordinary can be found in the smallest of things...This is a large, spacious, Latin Caribbean-inspired two-story penthouse in the heart of the historical neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. Walking distance to many museums, bars & restaurants, the Crypto Arena/Nokia Theater, as well as the Metro. The Penthouse comes with central heating & air-conditioning, a private balcony (with hummingbird visitors!), hammocks everywhere, a rooftop pool & jacuzzi in case you want to relax, and other amenities included below. The master bedroom upstairs has a colorful king bed, a tea lounge in front of a custom mural, a bedside coffee station, night-time mood lighting, and a stunning view of the sunrise. There is also an attached balcony featuring beautiful mountain and city views, hammocks, a lounge space, table and chairs, and lots of plants! The downstairs common areas include the plant-filled bathroom with a large bathtub, a full kitchen, a dining nook with a hand-painted bar cart, and a large meditation area for your yoga/meditation sessions. *If you would like to schedule a personal yoga class or a massage, please let me know and we can arrange that. There are instruments and vinyl record players in every room, in case you love music & plenty of books from award-winning authors to read in your leisure time. I also have a projector for movies and love a good game night! You have access to everything in my space.
