We welcome you to entertain in our beautiful home. Our courtyard and bar is a wonderful space for all sorts of parties and events. Our home was built by Portuguese masons 50 years ago. The craftsmanship in the home is awe-inspiring and we love telling people the story of the homes creation. The rented space: Our dining room has been converted to a 1920s speakeasy with a handmade cherry wood bar and chandelier. Our courtyard will wow your guests with its unique design, and wood burning firepit. Furniture and linen is provided free of charge. A bathroom is provided next to the bar. Parking is free and ample for guests. *Disclosure: There is a cat and dog on premises. The dog will be put away during events but the cat is an adventurer and roams in and out of the property.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Sean & Elizabeth were excellent hosts. As you'll read in every other review, they literally have everything you can possibly need for the day of your event and also help/provide you with a list of things that people commonly forget to bring. We hosted our gender reveal there and it was so perfect. All of our friends and family loved their courtyard. Elizabeth was out of town (sadly) but Sean hosted wonderfully, tending to the bar, making us feel so welcome, and being available whenever we needed anything. I can't recommend their space enough. We will definitely consider this space again if we ever need to host an event! :)

I would recommend this space to any and everyone. It was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a house, event space etc. The hosts are both amazing and went above and beyond to help us in any way we could. There is no way this event would have gone off without a hitch if it was not for how helpful, resourceful and kind this couple was! I will rent this space again, and several guests also stated that they would love to rent the space as well. You will not be disappointed if you rent this space! Beautiful location, beautiful venue, amazing hosts!

The most beautiful space with the best hosts ever!! They are so chill and we’re very sweet and accommodating! They truly thought of everything. Their home was the perfect setting for my husbands 30th surprise party which was 1920s mob themed with entertainment to boot! Also they don’t include this in the photos but their long driveway was so enchanting with the trees surrounding and everything! It really set the vibe!! Please do yourself a favor and book with them. They made event planning so easy for me and I am someone who does NOT have time for event planning.

We rented the space for our dear friends bridal shower and couldnt have been luckier to be able so at this gorgeous venue. Elizabeth & Sean were the ultimate hosts and helped us with prepping ( whether it was moving things around, warming up food or even parking our cars) . They had solution to any prep/planning issue we had. Would highly recommend renting their space for your special event.

The hosts were so hospitable. From the time I booked the spaced, all of my questions were answered. Even when I was unsure about rain, they helped me find the best solution. The forecast improved and I was able to keep my day and Sean was so helpful and accommodating. I 100% recommend this venue and I would definitely book again!
