Portuguese Villa Courtyard and Bar

A beautiful space for our bridal shower. We prepared our own food beforehand and were able to use the house kitchen for final assembly which was very much appreciated. Food and drinks are stationed inside. Seating, gift table, and make your own bouquet were outside. Elizabeth & (self proclaimed) Sherpa Sean were extremely helpful before, during and after the event. Sean manned the mimosa bar which made for one less thing I had to worry about. Thanks to both of you for a wonderful celebration - I would absolutely recommend this venue!

The Portuguese Villa was the absolute perfect place to hold our event! Elizabeth and Sean are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and such gracious hosts. They helped us organize in the weeks before the event, assisted us with everything from arranging furniture to bringing out food. Their space is beautiful, bright and made for a memorable bridal shower. They thought of everything! We were blown away and will be back to have another event soon. Thank you both!

We booked this venue for a friends bridal shower. The event was a 10/10, the bride & all the guests were smitten and felt so welcomed by our hosts. This place looks even better than the photos can capture. Everything about the courtyard and ambiance of the villa is romantic and unique, you truly feel transported by the architecture. I can go on and on about this place, you just have to see it for yourself. Sean & Elizabeth, the hosts, are wonderful and so thoughtful. They coordinated via emails weeks before the event leading up to the day of. The add ons such as table settings and backdrop made the event extra special and saved us so much money and time had we tried to purchase all the supplies ourselves. Sean helped with day of set/clean up, answered all questions and even ran the drink bar for us. 20 people fit comfortably and had space to socialize & take photos. There’s ample space for additional decor tables & food was served indoors in the courtyard. I would definitely recommend this space for a 20-30 person intimate event or gathering. Overall, it was such a memorable day. Thank you Elizabeth & Sean for letting us host our event and opening up your special home to us.

Sean & Elizabeth were excellent hosts. As you'll read in every other review, they literally have everything you can possibly need for the day of your event and also help/provide you with a list of things that people commonly forget to bring. We hosted our gender reveal there and it was so perfect. All of our friends and family loved their courtyard. Elizabeth was out of town (sadly) but Sean hosted wonderfully, tending to the bar, making us feel so welcome, and being available whenever we needed anything. I can't recommend their space enough. We will definitely consider this space again if we ever need to host an event! :)

I would recommend this space to any and everyone. It was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a house, event space etc. The hosts are both amazing and went above and beyond to help us in any way we could. There is no way this event would have gone off without a hitch if it was not for how helpful, resourceful and kind this couple was! I will rent this space again, and several guests also stated that they would love to rent the space as well. You will not be disappointed if you rent this space! Beautiful location, beautiful venue, amazing hosts!

Elizabeth and her husband provided a GREAT hospitality and service. We definitely recommend this place. It is beautiful and very accessible for any type of event. I definitely rate this 5 stars.

The most beautiful space with the best hosts ever!! They are so chill and we’re very sweet and accommodating! They truly thought of everything. Their home was the perfect setting for my husbands 30th surprise party which was 1920s mob themed with entertainment to boot! Also they don’t include this in the photos but their long driveway was so enchanting with the trees surrounding and everything! It really set the vibe!! Please do yourself a favor and book with them. They made event planning so easy for me and I am someone who does NOT have time for event planning.
