All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The home is in a quiet area of Cardiff by-the-Sea with ocean view from the new back deck or from the master bedroom. The best location for incredible sunsets! Ideal place for a quiet retreat, or surf expert or even beachgoer - we are walking distance to the beach. The home is very spacious with large comfortable rooms We are close to the Freeway with easy access to the rest of San Diego or North to Los Angeles or even East to the Desert! We are about 30 minutes away from the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld and downtown San Diego and so much more... Do you love to cook? Kitchen is spacious with lots of counters and a big BBQ outside Are you coming with family and kids? They will love it here - we are 10 minutes away from Legoland. Beautiful sandy beaches for the kids to have fun and build castles or for the adults to sunbathe... So much to do!

General Rules

No smoking in the house and outside it must be 15 feet away from any person, door or window in accordance with the city ordinance. No drugs allowed anywhere in or around the house, City noise control forbids loud noise after 10 pm during the week and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. No loud parties allowed - except for corporate quiet parties and only until early evening No bier bottles allows in the garden or thrown in the neighbor's yard. No alcohol permitted is you are traveling with children in accordance with the city ordinance All others will be stated on the Rules and Regulation sheet inside the house

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
