Easy 2 hour on-street parking as well as additional parking in parking lots along E Railroad ave (one block away). Parking lot to the left of the building is NOT owned by the Pittsburgh event studio.

No smoking is permitted. No animals of any kind on premises. Must sign a BYOB waiver and rental agreement before finalizing booking. Must be 25 years or older to book. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PITTSBURGH EVENT STUDIO 1. Renters have exclusive use only of Floor 1 – 713 E Railroad Street, Pittsburgh PA 15147. The garage, yard, and floor 2 are not part of this agreement. Guests are prohibited from these areas. 2. The space has folding tables and chairs to provide seating for 48 people. No tear-down is necessary though straightening-up the space is appreciated. Please note: There are no utensils, dishes, pans, or coffee makers available for use. 3. Maximum occupancy is 49 people. 4. DECORATING: DO NOT STAND ON CHAIRS OR TABLES PROVIDED TO PUT UP DECORATIONS. Please bring your own stool or stepladder. 3M strips or painter’s tape must used to hang decorations on the walls. Nothing is to be hung from the ceiling. Confetti is not permitted. 5. Open flames are NOT permitted with the exception of birthday candles and those used for specific food service operations 6. Floors should be swept, if necessary. A broom will be available. 7. All refuse must be bagged and put in the trash bins in the back. Extra bags are kept under the kitchen sink. 8. BYOB waiver must be signed if renter will be providing alcohol to guests. Lessor encourages all hosts to obtain event insurance with an alcohol liability insurance policy in addition to the waiver. 9. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PREMISES. 10. Please remember to turn all lights out and lock the door when you leave. TAKE ALL EXTRA DECORATIONS AND FOOD PLEASE! 11. No animals of any kind are permitted on the premises. 12. No cooking or food prep is permitted on the premises; however, renters may bring food and store it in the fridge or reheat food in the microwave. Deep fryers are not permitted. 13. Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet – including but not limited to tampons, sanitary napkins and baby wipes. 14. Please keep noise music at a reasonable level to be respectful of upstairs tenant. Dance floors are not permitted.
