About the Space

Versatile meeting space inside our brewery. Fully equipped with 2 rolling whiteboards and a 75" flat screen TV. We'd love to host your next meeting, presentation, group work, discussion, workshop and more. We are right off 94, a few blocks up from University Avenue, in the CASE building. Our location is right on the boarder of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, in the middle of everything! Just a few blocks down from the Green Line. • 36 Chairs | 6 Tables • Free Parking • TV - HDMI Hook-up • WIFI • 2 Restrooms We have a welcoming staff and ample parking. Our space is open, bright, modern and welcoming. Our rental space is right off of the taproom. There is a glass garage door that can be open or closed, depending on what you are looking for, for your event. The room is set up with 6 tables, 6 chairs a piece, four lower tables and 2 bar height. We are happy to move, remove, rearrange furniture to your request. We have welcomed a variety of groups to host parties, showers, happy hours and more. You are welcome to bring in food, potluck style or you can cater food in. We are happy to give recommendations for catering companies we've worked with on other events. We also have food trucks on a regular basis. We have many options for beverages, and how you'd like to handle that with your guests. We also have the flexibility to be a space for your next meeting. We have two rolling white boards, a 75" TV that can mirror your laptop and high-speed Wi-Fi.

-No smoking or vaping in the building -Outside food is allowed, we do not provide silverware, plates or napkins -No carry in alcohol -Minimal decorations allowed, no glitter or confetti -Must be 21 to consume alcohol -Any damages must be paid for by the renter OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
