The studio is perfect for Private Photoshoots, Events and Workshops. It is located in a safe, clean and quiet business park with FREE AMPLE PARKING. The overall size of the studio building is 1300 sq. ft. This includes the reception area, one studio office with 3 workstations, one private office, galley kitchen and bathroom. The 500 sq. ft studio area has a ground level 20’x10’ roll up door access for easy loading and unloading equipment. The studio has a White Cyclorama shooting platform which is 7’ Deep, 16’ Wide, 8’ High on the sides and 10’ High on back wall. Cove base is raised 6” inches and has 6 power outlets. There are two pre painted walls, one Black matte wall measuring 10 ’wide X 10’ high and one Grey matte wall measuring 8’wide X 10’ high. The Studio floor has GREY wood laminate flooring. Just hanging above the Black wall is a rack with one 107"wide Black and one White Seamless paper by Savage. There is an additional $10 fee for pull down and if used on the ground, a $5 cut fee for each linear feet. The Studio also has a dedicated Make Up area with 2 height adjustable chairs, one large mirror, table, adjustable lights, power outlets, USB charger and storage shelfs.
