We're located in the business district in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village area just a few blocks from The Oaks (shopping mall). Our conference room seats twelve and is virtually sound proof for privacy. Additional features include: --VERY robust WiFi --80" TV screen --Glass whiteboard --Chromecast capability --Apple screen-mirroring --Connectivity to print locally --And "zoom room" technology to allow for remote colleagues to join a meeting as well. We also have limited availability of private offices and workstations for short or longer term rent. This is a perfect environment for programmers, financial advisors, agents, accountants and other professionals. If I could, I would give this location 6 stars. Great experience all around. Ben was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and all around great to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better host. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need an office building.

This space was exactly what I wanted and it was so refreshing to have a location and owner in LA be easy to work with. Ben was more than accommodating and the location was perfect. If you need an office to film at, this is where I would go. I will be honest, when I first saw that this location was in Thousand Oaks, I initially wrote it off. But after looking at the photos and a quick google search, I realized Thousand Oaks isn't far at all. It took me 36 minutes to get to this location from the Burbank area - that's faster than it can take to get to Hollywood on a given day.
