  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

Film and photo shoots in historical, brownstone set up would work well. We have direct view of the Washington Park. Also have a garden at the back. We have two floors (parlor and fully finished basement). Both has an access to the back yard. There are 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms.

Yes, I would book again.

Great location and great host. Were able to coexist peacefully for a full day shoot as Eda's family remained on-site for work and class. Were unaware of baby upstairs so kids on shoot were a little loud; important flag if music/sound required for shoot! Eda was helpful and around the house - very pleasant to work with! Great location to the park and beautiful interior/garden.
