All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
With soaring ceilings, white brick walls and large windows, our Gallery studio is a sunlit canvas spanning 3300 square feet for photography and film production. The space includes a dedicated hair and make-up station, two bathrooms, high-speed wireless internet and a SONOS sound system. All studios are adjacent to our curated prop house; access is available for an additional fee. Maximalist Studios is easily accessible from Center City Philadelphia, New York City and Washington, D.C. via interstate I-95 and all public transportation. For those looking to travel to the Studio from longer distances, we are 25 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport and minutes from local hotels.

General Rules
• This rate is for film/photography productions of 10 people or fewer; it does not apply to events with food and beverage.
• No smoking or vaping in the building
• No loud music after 12 am
• No pets allowed
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
They can be moved upon approval and put back in place.
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

AMAZING!!!!! Jaithan Eddy were so flexible and the space was absolutely stunning!! They made certain the place was very clean and were friendly thouggout the time. I would definitely recommend them again.
