All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Loft Studio is an open, urban loft-styled space with high-end residential furniture and stylish decor accents. The design is minimalist in nature in order for our clients to take it to the max using curated pieces from our prop house. This beautiful, serene space provides a creative environment perfect for any styled shoot. Furniture can be moved upon approval but must be put back in place. A great space for: -Photo Shoots -Film Shoots -Cooking Productions -Interviews on Camera -Headshots Please inquire if you have questions about your production.

General Rules
No loud music after 12 am

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture cannot be moved without prior permission and must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Guests may not operate elevator themselves
All ages are allowed in the space

This space was AMAZING! It was used for new fresh headshots for my website and social media and I was able to get a variety of diverse shots with wardrobe changings that will make it look like they were taken over several photo shoots. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Directions and communication were on point and we felt really comfortable in the space. I hope to shoot there again one day!
